Led a major application migration to the bank’s new integrated SSO platform, resulting in a $4M reduction in vendor costs and eliminating reliance on third-party vendors for enhancements, updates, and fixes.

Identified a business opportunity with a client that generated $425K in new revenue and solidified our partnership with them as a trusted technology solution provider.
Surpassed Clients Migration Goals
Surpassed our client’s migration goals, which earned the company an additional $500K in revenue and secured and additional year of contracted work with the client.
Successful $2.7M Data Center
Migration Project
Serving as the key liaison between the CIO, the state’s technology agency, and the vendors (AT&T and IBM) oversaw a successful $2.7M server consolidation/data center migration project.
